Product Descriptions
Whilst we take care to ensure that product descriptions and measurements on our website are correct, specifications are intended to give an overall description. there may be slight variations finish and colour due to either the hand made nature or the photographic editing.
We reserve the right to limit The Grey Corner liability if the price or description has been displayed incorrectly by returning the money the customer has paid.
We reserve to amend the prices of our products at any time without notice.

Payments
Payments must be made in full prior to dispatch. Once payment has cleared we will aim to package and post your order within 2-5 working days.

Returns
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt. You can contact us via email on thegreycorner@outlook.com. All items must be returned within 7 days, complete, unwashed, unused and in reasonable condition and in the original packaging. This does not effect your statutory rights.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the costs associated with it, with the exception of faulty items damaged in transit. We ask that you obtain proof of postage or send them back signed for. Please also enclose order details so that the items may be allocated to your order.

Delivery
Standard UK delivery is £3.49 and we aim to dispatch once payment is cleared within 2-5 working days.
If a delivery order is placed after 1 pm on a Friday it will not be dispatched until the following Monday, with the exception of bank holidays.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of your purchase for your delivery to arrive. We use Royal Mail delivery service for most items, however larger orders or items are sent via a courier and may require a signature. If for any unforeseen circumstances your delivery has been delayed, we will keep you informed by email.

Please Note: Standard delivery applies to mainland Great Britain. For Isle of man/ Germany/ Jersey/ Southern Ireland and European countries please request a shipping cost.

Before you submit your order, please ensure the delivery address is correct and includes your postcode.
If a signature is required on delivery, please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address give to sign for your parcel. A safe and secure location can be specified but please note that once the parcel has been left in the safe location, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel after this.

Items not received
If you contact us to say that you have not received your order, we will require you to sign a non receipt disclosure before we can resend your order. This can be sent by email or post.

Items damaged in transit
Although every effort is taken to ensure our parcels are well packaged when they leave us, accidents may occur. If this does happen, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt and email us pictures of the damaged item to thegreycorner@outlook.com and we will endeavour to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 7 days. Once a delivery has been signed for it is accepted that the order has been received in good condition. Please check large items and items of furniture carefully before signing for them.
